About your coach

I have been there.

I’ve been disorganized, organized, and reorganized more times than I can count.

From Columbia University to the United Nations and beyond, I’ve made it work — but for a long time, it was much harder than it needed to be.

Because I thought the answer was to just try harder.

It wasn’t.

“Powering through” was the wrong approach.

What I eventually learned — and what I now help my clients understand — is that ADHD isn’t a failure of effort.

It’s a mismatch between how your brain works and the systems you’re trying to force yourself into.

Once you understand that, everything changes.

After being trained as an ADHD coach, I understand why. I have learned—and am still learning—to appreciate and work in harmony with my mind rather than fight it and attempt to cram it into a neurotypical mold.

In order to best work with your unique mind, you might—as I did—need to see yourself differently.

As it turns out, I am neither defective nor deficient, and neither are you.

You have a beautiful mind.

If you are ready to go on a quest to understand and hone the strengths and attributes of your unique wiring and make the most of your superpowers, let’s connect.

I would love to support you in harnessing the wild tyrannosaurs, unicorns, and honey badgers of your brain to get you to wherever it is you want to go.

I am an Associate Coach trained at the International ADHD Coach Training Center.
